From 16 October 2009, motorists travelling along Telok
Blangah Road (towards Pasir Panjang) are not able to make a right turn into Morse Road or U-turn to Telok Blangah Road (towards city). Similarly, motorists travelling along Morse Road
will also not be able to make a right turn into Telok Blangah Road (towards Pasir Panjang).
 
 
The new up-ramp to West Coast Highway viaduct at Telok
Blangah Road between Wishart Road and Seah Im Road was opened to traffic on 6 November 2009.

The stretch of road will be widened from a dual two-lane carriageway to a dual three-lane carriageway. Works will be commencing soon and are expected to be completed by the
fourth quarter of 2010.
 
 
From 9 November 2009, OPC owners can buy the e-Day Licences for use from 23 November 2009. Besides the SingPost outlets
and Automobile Association of Singapore offices, OPC users can also buy the e-Day Licences online through the One.Motoring portal, AXS stations and mobile-SMS services via MobileP@y.
