To use the OPC/WEC during restricted hours, motorists must buy an e-Day Licence, paper day licences are no longer valid for use.   |   OPC/WEC car owners can now apply to convert to the revised OPC scheme to enjoy unrestricted usage on Saturdays and eves of New Year, Lunar New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali and Christmas. Please refer to our website on the conversion details.    |   OPC/WEC owners who do not convert to the revised OPC scheme will continue to have restricted usage from 7am to 3pm on Saturdays and eves of New Year, Lunar New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali and Christmas.   |   Lorries registered from 1 January 2010 and are used for carrying workers on the carriage deck must be fitted with higher side protective railings and canopies.
