This service allows you to enquire about the vehicle registration number bidding results using the bidder's identification number. Only the latest 2 weeks bidding results will be available for enquiry.
- What is the operating hours of the online service?
The service is available 24 hours daily.
- Is there any restriction on my Internet navigation for all the applications?
There are no restrictions on where you can navigate but please do not use the "Back" button as this might cause complications to the navigation. To return to the main enquiry screen, please click on the relevant buttons i.e. 'New Search'. Please follow the step-by-step guide on the Help pages.
- What do I do when I see the message "Record not found. Please check your entry"?
You will have to return to the enquiry page to check and re-enter the Bidder Identification Type and Bidder Identification Number. If your details are entered correctly and you still receive the same message, it may mean that your bid was not submitted in the first place.
- What do I do when I see the message "Information entered is incomplete. Please check your entry"?
This message could mean that the information required to carry out the enquiry/transaction is missing.
Please return to the enquiry page to check your entry and re-submit the enquiry.
- What is the format of the vehicle registration number that I have to key in?
The vehicle registration number that you should key in will be exactly the same as the way it appears on the vehicle registration number plate.

- What is the format of the identification number that I have to enter for the enquiry?
The identification number should be the same as what is shown on your identification certificate/document.
E.g. If you are a Singaporean, please key in the letter "S" in front of your identification number, followed by the check letter (i.e. S1234567Z).
Note: If you are a Malaysian, please do not key in the letter "M" in front of your identification number.
If you are foreigner with your passport number as identification number, please do not key in the letter "P" in front of your identification number.

- What is the closing date of bidding results?
The closing date of bidding results is the last day on which bids for vehicle registration numbers are accepted. After this date, the bidding exercise is deemed to be closed.
