This service allows you to buy electronic Day Licence (e-Day Licence) for a Singapore-registered Off-Peak car (OPC)/Weekend car (WEC). Requires a valid Citibank, DBS/POSB, OCBC/Plus! or UOB Personal Internet Banking Account (through eNETS Debit).
This service allows you to convert your existing Off-Peak car (OPC) to the revised Off-Peak car scheme. This service is only for OPCs that (a) have remained as OPCs since registration OR (b) are not eligible for PARF rebates.
For OPCs on existing OPC scheme who are eligible for the one-time cash payment of accumulated additional PARF rebates at conversion to the revised OPC scheme, you may login to vehicle owner's eServices@ONEMOTORING account to convert your vehicle scheme.
For others, please convert at LTA, 10 Sin Ming Drive Singapore 575701.
