The inaugural Singapore Government Web Excellence Awards jointly organised by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) recognises government agencies which have achieved excellence in website development.
The website entries were judged based on the following four categories:
- Most User-Friendly Website
- Best Content Presentation
- Best Managed Website
- Best e-Service Delivery
They were also put through a three- tier assessment including Internal Objective Assessment, Expert Panel Assessment and Public Voting.

Out of the 66 website entries submitted, ONE.MOTORING emerged tops with the highest accolade, the Outstanding Award, for the Singapore Government Web Excellence Awards 2009.
