Registered vehicle owner's original identification document (e.g. NRIC for Singaporean and Malaysian, passport for foreigner other than Malaysian). If the vehicle is company-registered, the authorised person must produce his/her original identification document (e.g. NRIC for Singaporean and Malaysian, passport for foreigner other than Malaysian) and an original authorisation letter from the company. The letter should be signed by at least a manager of the company. |

Approval letter from premise owner or relevant authority permitting the vehicle to be garaged at their premise throughout the lay up period. |
Note : A non-refundable administrative fee of $5.35 (inclusive of GST) is payable for each lay up application.
