ONE.MOTORING - Transfer PARF/COE Rebate(s)

(A) If the application to transfer PARF/COE rebate(s) is made at LTA counter, please ensure that you have the following:

Duly completed Application Form M06 to transfer the PARF/COE rebate(s).

Submit the relevant identification documents required. Click here for the list of identification documents.

Original disposal documents for the de-registered vehicle (if not submitted yet):
(i) Export documents (with Engine and Chassis Numbers clearly indicated) such as the duly endorsed Cargo Clearance Permit and the original non-negotiable copy of the Bill of Lading issued and duly endorsed by a recognised shipping line/ company with satisfactory proof that the vehicle had been laden on board and the vessel's sailing date. The Bill of Lading shall contain the following details:

Exporter details;
Vessel / Voyage Number;
Port Of Discharge / Destination;
Container / Seal Numbers (for vehicles stored in container);
Engine and Chassis Numbers of vehicle being exported;
Date vehicle is shipped / loaded on board the vessel; and
Actual date of departure of vessel; OR

(ii) Foreign re-registration document

A fee of $10 is payable to effect each rebate transfer.

(B) If the application to transfer PARF/COE rebate(s) is made through an Electronic Service Agent (ESA), please ensure that you have the following:

Transaction PIN
(i) If you are a Singaporean or a Singapore Permanent Resident, you can request for a Transaction PIN via the "Request for Transaction PIN" function at eServices@ONE.MOTORING (upon your successful login as an Asset Owner via SingPass) between 6am and midnight daily. You will receive a pressure-sealed notification containing your Transaction PIN and a follow-up notification on your Transaction PIN from LTA within 3 to 5 days at your registered address.

(ii) For Business / Company / Foreign Company with EASY account, your authorised staff can request for a Transaction PIN via "Request for Transaction PIN" function at eServices@ONE.MOTORING (upon your staff's successful login on your behalf as an Asset Owner via EASY) between 6am and midnight daily. You will receive a pressure-sealed notification containing your Transaction PIN and a follow-up notification on your Transaction PIN from LTA within 3 to 5 days at your company's registered address.

(iii) Alternatively, you can visit LTA's office at 10 Sin Ming Drive, Singapore 575701 during our operating hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm and Saturday, 8am to 12 noon, except on public holidays) to obtain the Transaction PIN at the counters.

Complete an Application Form ES04 for Transaction PIN
Submit the relevant identification documents required. Click here for the list of identification documents.

Duly completed Application Form M06 to transfer PARF/COE Rebate(s).

Identification documents of the rebate owner for verification by the ESA:
(i) For rebate(s) registered under individual

Original NRIC (Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and Malaysians)/ Passport (Foreigners other than Malaysians) of rebate owner.

(ii) For rebate(s) registered under company/ business

Original Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) printout valid up to 14 days from the date of issue;
Original NRIC (Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and Malaysians)/ Passport (Foreigners other than Malaysians) of Director(s)/ Partner(s)/ Sole-proprietor whose name is listed in the ACRA printout of 14 days validity; or the Original NRIC (Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and Malaysians)/ Passport (Foreigners other than Malaysians) of its Manager who is authorised by the Director(s)/ Partner(s)/ Sole-proprietor to sign the application for the transfer of PARF/COE Rebate. In the case of latter, an authorised letter from the said Director(s)/ Partner(s)/ Sole-proprietor must also be produced.

A fee of $10 is payable for each rebate transfer.

Please note that the ESA can apply to transfer your rebate only if you have settled all outstanding matters, eg. road tax arrears, etc. on the vehicle with LTA and have already submitted export documents to the satisfaction of LTA, scrapped the vehicle at an authorized scrap yard or have it stored temporarily at an authorized Export Processing Zone. In addition, if your vehicle is under financing, you are advised to quickly settle the financing with your finance company.
