Obtaining the application form:

• Each bid application must be made on a prescribed form, consisting of a Vehicle Registration Number Bid Form (R04) and a Bid Envelope (R05). They are obtainable at the Information Counter, LTA, Level 1, 10 Sin Ming Drive, Singapore 575701.

Completing the application form:

• Vehicle Registration Number Bid Form (R04) and Bid Envelope (R05) must be furnished with complete, consistent and accurate information.
• The Vehicle Registration Number Bid Form (R04) must be completed and signed by the bidder (with company stamp for non-individuals).
• The signature of the bidder is required at the side of any amendments made on Vehicle Registration Number Bid Form (R04) and Bid Envelope (R05).
• Indicate your preferred method of collecting the bid result on the Bid Envelope (R05).
• If you are collecting the bid result in person, please tick against "SELF COLLECTION AT LTA COUNTER".
• If you are authorising another person to collect the bid result on your behalf, please tick against "SELF COLLECTION AT LTA COUNTER", and complete the authorisation section.
• If you wish to collect the bid result by post, please tick against "SEND RESULT BY POST" and furnish your address. Affix a stamp for "1st Local" or of higher value. Postage stamps are available for purchase at the Information Counter, Level 1.

Payment:

• In the form of Cashier's Order or Money Order or Postal Order only;
• Made payable to the Land Transport Authority or LTA;
• The minimum bid amount is $1,000/-. All offers must be in multiples of $1/- only (Eg. $2,599.00).
• The Cashier's/ Money/ Postal Order must have a remaining validity period of at least 3 weeks from the date of bid submission.
• Use of multiple Cashier's/ Money/ Postal Order is acceptable in a single bid application.

Bid Submission:

• Enclose and seal the completed Vehicle Registration Number Bid Form (R04) and the Cashier's/ Money/ Postal Order in the Bid Envelope (R05).
• Deposit the bid application into the tender box at the Registration Section, Land Transport Authority, Level 1, 10 Sin Ming Drive, Singapore 575701, before the exercise closing date and time.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Once submitted, the bid application cannot be withdrawn or cancelled, and the bid amount will not be refunded.
