Vehicle owners can now renew their Certificate of Entitlement (COE) via e-Services@ONE.MOTORING. Made available in March 2007, this self-service function could save vehicle owners a trip to LTA by renewing their COEs online.
Since September 2007, Electronic Service Agents (ESAs) of LTALink could retrieve the list of COEs that they had successfully bid for their customers. This means the ESAs could obtain the COE details immediately after the release of the COE bidding results, and promptly register their customers' vehicles.
To enable the ESAs to better plan their business operations, they could also obtain a list of un-used COEs which they had bid for.
