1) Why is LTA promoting the renewal of Road Tax online?LTA is promoting the renewal of Road Tax online as part of our Government's effort to promote internet e-payment services by Government agencies so as to deliver greater conveniences to their customers.
2) What is LTA's role in this campaign?LTA's role in this campaign is to actively promote the renewal of Road Tax via its online e-Services@ ONE.MOTORING.
3) Why is NCS Portal City chosen as the main sponsor and what is their role?Under the ONE.MOTORING portal contract, NCS Portal City, is appointed as our private partner. Amongst other roles and duties, they are also responsible for the commercial aspects of the portal; hence they are chosen to work with other co-sponsors who are interested in the sponsorship of this campaign.
4) How do I participate in the Lucky Draw?After the successful completion of road tax renewal via e-Services@ ONE.MOTORING, there is an option at the top right-hand corner of the Receipt page which will lead you to the Lucky Draw pages at ONE.MOTORING when it is selected. To participate in the Lucky Draw, you will need to enter your particulars in the fields provided. The details that you provide must be the same as LTA's records of the vehicle's registered owner.
5) Is this Lucky Draw only open to ONE.MOTORING members?No. Anyone who has successfully renewed their road tax online is eligible for a chance to win a prize in the Lucky Draw (while stocks last). However, if you are also a ONE.MOTORING member, you will have double chances of winning. You may sign up for the ONE.MOTORING membership at the Lucky Draw page to be eligible for the additional chance if you are not currently a member.
6) How do ONE.MOTORING members get the double chances to win a prize?
Simply submit your entry and we will match your Owner's ID with our member records. If you are not a ONE.MOTORING member yet, you can also sign up as one and still stand double chances to win a prize in the Lucky Draw (while stocks last).
7) If I am not re-directed to the Lucky Draw page due to some technical problem during the renewal process, does it mean I cannot qualify for the Lucky Draw?As long as your Road Tax renewal is processed successfully online, you can still participate in the Lucky Draw if you have not done so in the same month.

8) Can I carry out the road tax renewal online and participate in the Lucky Draw on behalf of the vehicle owner?Yes, you can, provided the details entered for the Lucky Draw are the vehicle owner's particulars.
9) I have renewed my road tax by another channel (eg. AXS kiosk, LTA's authorised agents), can I still participate in the Lucky Draw?As the objective of this campaign is to encourage private vehicle owners to renew their road tax via the e-Services@ ONE.MOTORING, road tax renewals performed via other channels will not be eligible for the Lucky Draws.
10) I have accidentally closed the browser and missed the chance to participate in the Lucky Draw. What should I do if I want to participate now?Please email your request, together with the following details, to onemotoring@portalcity.com.sg.

11) When will the results of the monthly Lucky Draw be announced?The results of the monthly draws will be published on ONE.MOTORING on the last day of the following month. For instance, the results for road tax renewals performed in March 2009 will be announced on 30 April 2009. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, results will be published on the next working day.
12) How will winners be notified?They will be notified by post. Hence, it is important that you ensure that the mailing address provided is correct. Details on the collection of prizes will be provided in the notification mail.
13) If I win in one of the monthly draws, will I still be eligible for the subsequent monthly draws?You can still participate in the subsequent monthly draws if you renew road tax for other vehicles which you owned.
14) If I am a owner of multiple vehicles, do I need to register multiple times as a ONE.MOTORING member to qualify for double chances?No, owners of multiple vehicles only need to register once as a member.
15) If I am a owner of multiple vehicles, do I qualify for multiple chances in the Lucky Draw?A vehicle owner has only one chance in any particular month to win a prize despite multiple road tax renewals performed (your chances will be doubled if you are a ONE.MOTORING member). For example, if you have renewed road tax for your first and second vehicle in April, you will only have one chance to win a prize for the month of April. However, if you renew the road tax for your third vehicle in May, you will get a fresh chance to win a prize for the month of May.
16) How can I be notified whenever there are new promotions?LTA seeks to inform motorists of any upcoming promotions via the ONE.MOTORING portal, ONE.MOTORING email alerts and LTA's mailer inserts. Just sign up as a ONE.MOTORING member and you will get the periodic updates from LTA on upcoming promotions.
17) I faced a problem logging in / registering as a member. What should I do?You can email the details of the problem to onemotoring@portalcity.com.sg.
18) Can I revisit the ONE.MOTORING Lucky Draw page to make changes to my particulars after submission?No. You need to make sure all information entered in the contest page are correct before you submit the entry.
19) Is there a due date for me to claim my prizes?All winners must collect their prizes within one month from the date stated on their prize winning notification letters. Any prizes not collected within the stipulated period will be forfeited.
20) Who can I contact if I have lost my winning notification letter?You may write in to onemotoring@portalcity.com.sg, with your details (as entered into the Lucky Draw form previously). NCS Portal City will verify the details furnished with that in the database and will re-issue the notification letter if the particulars are in order.
