June 2010: Convenience and flexibility is what motorists will enjoy when they sign up with the Car Club, an island-wide car-sharing scheme that operates from a number of HDB car parks and near the MRT stations.
The scheme provides the occasional driver a quick and an affordable access to a fleet of cars whenever the driver needs to get behind the wheel.
As a member, you pay only when you use the vehicle which is available round-the-clock seven days a week.
Car Club's vehicles are mostly small sedans such as the Toyota Vios and Corolla. It also has a few MPVs for members with large families.
