Italian supercar maker Ferrari will be releasing its most powerful V12-engined production car soon. Dubbed the 599 GTB, this mid-front engined, two-seater coupé features the marque?s most innovative and advanced engineering prowess. Its 6.0-litre V12 is derived from the Enzo Ferrari, tuned to produce no less than 620bhp and will endow the 599 GTB with excellent power-to-weight ratio, thanks to Ferrari's tried and tested all-aluminium construction technology for the body and chassis. That unmistakable Pininfarina design of aggressive yet elegant lines is perfectly integrated with the advanced aerodynamic solutions for this latest V12 berlinetta, replacing a long line of which the 575M Maranello was the last. The new car will be officially unveiled on 28 February 2006 at the Geneva Motor Show. |
