Details of the second-generation flagship saloon from Volvo, the S80, have just been revealed. Its exterior appearance is more evolutionary than revolutionary. It continues to offer incredible safety technology with new systems such as a 'Collision Warning and Brake Support', adaptive cruise control, active Bi-Xenon headlamps and a patented body structure developed at the award winning Volvo Safety Centre.

The S80 also aims to separate itself from its rivals by offering a simpler, more modern and inviting luxury in its cabin. A range of new engines will also be made available, including a 3125bhp V8 and 3.2-litre straight-six with 235bhp.
