The Land Transport Authority has awarded a contract to Lee Hong Construction Co. Pte Ltd for the road improvement works at Flora Drive and the junction of Upper Changi Rd North/ Changi North Street 1. The works include:
- Extension of Flora Drive to connect with the junction of Upper Changi Road North/Changi North Street 1
- Junction improvement works at Upper Changi Road North/Changi North Street 1 including the construction of additional exclusive right turning and left turning lanes.
When completed in 2012, the improvement works will enhance traffic capacity and improve connectivity.
