Road Projects Works on East Coast Parkway from Fort Road to Marina South Remarking of this stretch of ECP is in progress. Drive within the speed limit of 70 km/hr when you travel here. Works at the Junction at Lentor Avenue and Yishun Avenue Works are currently underway to improve the traffic at the junction of Lentor Avenue, Yishun Ave 1 and 2. Traffic Management Full Day Bus Lane along Orchard Road to be Made Permanent The full-day bus lane along the busy stretch of Orchard Road is here to stay, after proving to be a success in improving journey times for bus commuters. It is operational from 7.30am to 8pm, Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays. Trial of a New Elderly-friendly Traffic System The new Radio Frequency Identification system, which can detect elderly pedestrians crossing the road and let them cross safely, will undergo a 9-month trial at Toa Payoh.
