Opening of the Kallang–Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE)
     Phase One
  KPE - Phase 1 of the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) will be opened to traffic on 26 October 2007. The entire expressway will be in full operation by the end of 2008.
Government Approves the Construction of Marina Coastal
     Expressway (MCE)
  The dual five-lane MCE is a strategic underground east-west transport link between the KPE, ECP and AYE, with direct connections to the Marina South and Straits View areas.
 
Revised ERP Rates on ERP-Priced Roads and Expressways
  The revised rates will apply from 6 August 07. The next revision
of ERP rates will take place in November 2007 for the Fourth Quarterly ERP Rate Review.
