Phase 1 of KPE Opened on 26 October 2007
  The KPE Phase 1 was opened to the public on 26 October 2007. The entire expressway will be in full operation by the end of 2008.
 
LTA Traffic Marshals Ensure Clearance of Congestion after      Road Incidents
  LTA Traffic Marshals will expedite the process to clear incidents that hold up traffic on expressways by working together with the existing EMAS Vehicle Recovery Service to bring traffic flow back
to normal as fast as possible.
 
Revised ERP Rates at 7 Gantries
  The revised rates will apply from 5 November 2007. The next revision of ERP rates will take place in November 2007 for the December School Holidays ERP Rate Review.
