The revised toll rates will apply to motorists on both inward and outward-bound for the Second Link, and only for outward bound traffic on the Causeway. They will take effect on 1 February 2008.
 
 
It is observed that some motorists are undecided about
using the KPE tunnel, resulting in last minute lane switches.
