Arising from the third quarterly ERP review, ERP rates at Eastbound ECP (Marina South) and slip road from Ophir Road were revised from 3 November 2008. ERP rates also apply at the new gantry along PIE (Westbound) before Eunos Link on 3 November 2008.
 
Effective 5 November 2008, motorists who subscribe to the new credit card scheme will be able to use all Visa/MasterCard credit cards from any bank of their choice to pay their ERP charges through their monthly credit card bills.
 
 
Three normal bus lanes were implemented at locations along Bukit Panjang Road and Upper Bukit Timah Road on 28 October 2008.
