Effective 2 February 2009, ERP rates will be revised at 15 locations. The next quarterly ERP rate review will take place in
May 2009.
 
 
The Land Transport Authority has completed the widening
projects along the stretch of Tampines Expressway (TPE)
between Punggol Flyover and Pasir Ris Drive 12 and the stretch
of Seletar Expressway (SLE) between Upper Thomson Road
and East of Lentor Avenue. The additional lanes along SLE were fully opened to traffic on 24 January 2009.
 
 
The Government will grant a road tax rebate of 30% for buses, goods vehicles, goods-cum- passenger vehicles and taxis for
one year with effect from 1 July 2009. This rebate is granted as part of the relief measures for businesses during this economic downturn.
