The Land Transport Authority will be widening the stretch of PIE (Changi) between CTE / PIE Interchange and Aljunied Flyover.

The project includes:
  • Widening of Woodsville Flyover (towards Changi) from a four-lane carriageway to a five-lane carriageway;


  • Widening of PIE (Changi) between Woodsville Flyover
    and Aljunied Flyover;


  • Demolition and reconstruction of the pedestrian
    overhead bridge, bus shelters and covered linkways in front of Saint Andrew's Secondary School;


  • Construction of drains, culverts, retaining wall,
    installation of traffic signage and all ancillary works.
Works will be commencing in the second quarter of 2010 and
are scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2012.
